A close family friend started this fantastic service for soldiers injured in the war. Where their military benefits end...Iraq Star begins.
The military will replace missing arms and legs with prosthetics, provide the initial surgery to close the wounds and grafts to replace the burned flesh but the fact remains that terrible scarring and wound trauma are still a huge factor. This is where Iraq Star and you make a difference.
